Today, Monday, January 14, 2013, little snowstorm on Tokyo! The meteorological agency announces that more than 40 centimeters of snow are expected to fall between 10am this morning and tonight 18h. Quite a lot so ! Especially when you hear people from Tokyo said that it has been years that they have not seen so much snow fall upon the capital! Result: you can see people starting to clear around the streets, Japanese with umbrellas, trying to protect themselves from the snow. As a computer science student and specialize in Artificial Intelligence, I wanted to visit Miraikan Museum where one of there permanent exhibition is about A.I. and robot. So on a sunday morning, I went to Odaiba island using the JR train. The unavoidable food of winter : Nabe !
During Winter in Japan, there is an essential dish for all our Japanese friends: the Nabe ! What is Nabe? The word “Nabe” refers to the pot in which water is heated to add broth and a multitude of different ingredients: vegetables, meat, fish, tofu … and this dish is also called Nabe !
